ROOF HEADLINING DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE CENTER ROOF HEADLINING PAD

    1. B345027

      Remove the 2 center roof headlining pads.

  2. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING PAD RH (w/ Roof Headlining Support)

      Remove the roof headlining pad RH.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF SILENCER PAD (w/o Sliding Roof)

    1. Remove the 5 No. 1 roof silencer pads.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF SILENCER PAD (w/ Sliding Roof)

    1. B337928

      Remove the 2 No. 1 roof silencer pads.

  5. REMOVE NO. 3 ROOF SILENCER PAD

    1. B337929

      Remove the No. 3 roof silencer pad.

  6. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING PAD (w/o Headlining Support, for Cold Area)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure for both roof headlining pads.

      Remove the roof headlining pad.

  7. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING PAD (w/ Headlining Support)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure for both roof headlining pads.

      Remove the roof headlining pad.

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF HEADLINING PAD (w/o Headlining Support, for Cold Area)

      Remove the No. 2 roof headlining pad.

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOF HEADLINING PAD (w/ Headlining Support)

      Remove the No. 2 roof headlining pad.

  10. REMOVE VANITY LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

      Bulb Holder

      Detach the 2 claws and disconnect the bulb holder from the vanity light assembly LH.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the vanity light assembly LH.

  11. REMOVE VANITY LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE

    1. w/o Roof Headlining Support, w/o Sliding Roof:

      1. Turn the 2 connectors approximately 90° clockwise and disconnect them.

      2. Remove the one-sided tape.

      3. Remove the remaining No. 1 roof wire from the double-sided tape.

      4. Remove the remaining double-sided tape.

    2. w/ Roof Headlining Support, w/o Sliding Roof:

      1. Turn the 2 connectors approximately 90° clockwise and disconnect them.

      2. Remove the one-sided tape.

      3. Remove the remaining No. 1 roof wire from the double-sided tape.

    3. w/o Roof Headlining Support, w/ Sliding Roof:

      1. Turn the 2 connectors approximately 90° clockwise and disconnect them.

      2. Remove the one-sided tape.

      3. Remove the remaining No. 1 roof wire from the double-sided tape.

      w/o Slidong Roof:

      Remove the No. 2 roof headlining support.

    2. B341025

      w/ Slidong Roof:

      Remove the No. 2 roof headlining support.

  15. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT (w/ Roof Headlining Support)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the No. 2 roof headlining support.

  16. REMOVE NO. 4 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT (w/ Roof Headlining Support, w/ Sliding Roof)

      Remove the No. 4 roof headlining support.

  17. REMOVE NO. 3 ROOF HEADLINING SUPPORT (w/ Roof Headlining Support, w/ Sliding Roof)
