REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY(for Sedan) INSTALLATION

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSPECT REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY

    1. B351091N01

      Engage the guide and temporarily install the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly with the 2 bolts.

    2. Fully tighten the bolt (A) first, then the bolt (B).

      Bolt (B)

      428 kgf*cm

      31 ft.*lbf

    3. Check if the ELR locks.

      Note:

      The check should be performed with the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly installed.

      1. With the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly installed, check that the belt locks when it is pulled out quickly.

      Protruding Part

      Connect the floor anchor of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly with the bolt.

      Note:

      Do not allow the anchor parts of the rear seat 3 point type outer belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

  3. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

    1. Engage the 5 guides and 3 clips to install the package tray trim panel assembly.

    2. Connect the connector.

  4. INSTALL PACKAGE TRAY TRIM BELT HOLE COVER

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure for all package tray trim belt hole covers.

    1. Engage the 2 guides.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the package tray trim belt hole cover.

  5. INSTALL ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH ASSEMBLY LH

  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT SIDE GARNISH LH

  9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY (for LH Side)

  13. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
