PURGE VALVE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE PURGE VALVE (PURGE VSV)

      *1

      No. 1 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose

      *2

      No. 2 Fuel Vapor Feed Hose

      *3

      Purge Valve (Purge VSV)

      Disconnect the purge valve (purge VSV) connector.

    2. Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the No. 1 fuel vapor feed hose and No. 2 fuel vapor feed hose from the purge valve (purge VSV).

      Remove the bolt and purge valve (purge VSV) from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.
