HEATER ASSEMBLY(w/ Combustion Type Power Heater) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  2. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM HEAD CAP

  3. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT WIPER ARM AND BLADE ASSEMBLY RH

    Click here

  5. REMOVE HOOD TO COWL TOP SEAL

    Click here

  6. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER LH

    Click here

  7. REMOVE COWL TOP VENTILATOR LOUVER RH

    Click here

  8. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY (for DPF)

  10. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL

    Click here

  11. REMOVE AIR DUCT

      Remove the clip and air duct.

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. E143095

      Remove the 3 nuts and No. 1 exhaust pipe sub-assembly.

  13. REMOVE HEATER WITH EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the connector.

    2. Using pliers, grip the claws of the clips, slide the 3 clips and disconnect the 3 hoses.

    3. Detach the clamp.

      Remove the 3 nuts and heater with exhaust pipe assembly.
