VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY(for 8GR-FKS) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL2) VALVE


    1. B006E7Y

      Install the solenoid (SL2) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

  2. INSTALL SOLENOID (SLU) VALVE


    1. B006G04

      Install the solenoid (SLU) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

  3. INSTALL SOLENOID (SLT) VALVE


    1. B006FWM

      Install the solenoid (SLT) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

  4. INSTALL SOLENOID LOCK PLATE

      Install the solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

  5. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL) VALVE


    1. B006FKZ

      Install the solenoid (SL) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

  6. INSTALL SOLENOID (SR) VALVE


    1. B006CMR

      Install the solenoid (SR) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

  7. INSTALL SOLENOID (SC2) VALVE


    1. B006CUW

      Install the solenoid (SC2) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL SOLENOID (SC3) VALVE


    1. B006CTH

      Install the solenoid (SC3) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

  9. INSTALL SOLENOID (SC1) VALVE

      Install the solenoid (SC1) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL4) VALVE


    1. B006DE4

      Install the solenoid (SL4) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

  11. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL6) VALVE


    1. B0069WE

      Install the solenoid (SL6) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

  12. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL3) VALVE

      Install the solenoid (SL3) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

  13. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL1) VALVE

      Install the solenoid (SL1) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

  14. INSTALL SOLENOID (SL5) VALVE

      Install the solenoid (SL5) valve to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

    2. Install the straight pin to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly.

  15. INSTALL SOLENOID LOCK PLATE


    1. B0069PA

      Install the solenoid lock plate to the transmission valve with solenoid body assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      6.4 N*m  { 65 kgf*cm, 57 in.*lbf }
