PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY (w/ Seat Heater System)

  2. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

    Tech Tips

    When installing a bench type rear seat cushion cover, refer to Precaution in order to prevent wrinkles from forming.

    1. Engage the 24 claws.

      Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

    2. Engage the 20 hooks.

      Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

      • Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

    4. Using hog ring pliers, install 6 new hog rings.

      • Be careful not to damage the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

    5. Engage the 6 hooks.

    6. Engage the 4 fasteners to install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the rear seat cushion pad sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT BASE COVER

      Engage the guide and claw as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the child restraint seat base cover with the screw.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for all child restraint seat base cover.

  4. INSTALL CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT COVER

      Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the child restraint seat cover as shown in the illustration.

      Use the same procedure for all child restraint seat covers.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH


    1. B0088KME01

      Install the rear seat reclining adjuster assembly LH with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the connector.

  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the center seatback cover sub-assembly to the center seatback pad sub-assembly.

      Engage the 7 hooks to install the center seatback cover with pad to the center seatback frame sub-assembly.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for Center Seat)

      Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

  9. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE (for Center Seat)

      Engage the 3 clamps to install the rear console box wire.

      Install the rear seat center armrest pad to the rear seat center armrest box.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Center Seat)

      Install the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly with the 2 screws as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 16 claws to install the 2 rear seat center armrest plates.

      Install the 2 screws and rear seat center armrest cover with pad.

  11. INSTALL COOLER CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Center Seat)

      Connect the 2 connectors.

    2. B0086KQ

      Engage the 4 claws to install the cooler control switch assembly.

  12. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for Center Seat)

      Engage the 2 clips to install the rear seat center armrest assembly to the rear seat center armrest box assembly.

    2. B0084U4

      Engage the clamp.

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST BRACKET (for Center Seat)

      Install the No. 1 rear seat center armrest bracket with the 2 bushes and 2 bolts.

    2. Engage the clamp.

  14. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEATBACK FRAME WITH COVER AND PAD (for Center Seat)

      Engage the 2 claws.

    2. Install the rear center seatback frame with cover and pad with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      6.0 N*m  { 61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf }

  15. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

    w/ Seat Heater System:

  16. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for LH Side)

    When installing a separate type rear seatback cover, refer to Precaution in order to prevent wrinkles from forming.

      Engage the 8 claws to install the separate type rear seatback cover to the separate type rear seatback pad.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover.

  17. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)


    1. Install the separate type rear seatback cover with pad to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly.

  18. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for LH Side)

  19. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH (for LH Side)

    2. Install the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH with the 2 screws.

  20. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

    2. Install the rear seat center shoulder belt guide with the 2 screws.

  26. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)


    1. Install the rear side seatback cover sub-assembly LH to the rear side seatback pad LH.

  27. INSTALL REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)

      Engage the 11 hooks.

    3. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:

        Install the 2 nuts.

        Torque:
        5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

  30. INSTALL REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)
