DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly (sliding roof ECU) detects that the map light sub-assembly (slide roof switch) is stuck for 30 seconds or more.

  • If the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly (sliding roof ECU) is replaced, the sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly (sliding roof ECU) must be initialized.

  2. INSPECT MAP LIGHT SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the map light sub-assembly (slide roof switch).

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SLIDING ROOF DRIVE GEAR SUB-ASSEMBLY - MAP LIGHT SUB-ASSEMBLY AND BODY GROUND)


    1. Disconnect the N4 sliding roof drive gear sub-assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the N7 and N9 map light sub-assembly connectors.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
