HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY(except Sedan) INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY

    1. for Halogen Headlight:

      1. Connect the 2 connectors.

      2. Engage the 2 clamps.

    2. for LED Headlight:

      1. Connect the 2 connectors.

      2. Engage the clamps.

    3. E314515

      Engage the claw to temporarily install the headlight assembly.

    4. Install the headlight assembly with the screw and 2 bolts.

      Bolt

      5.9 N*m

      60 kgf*cm

      52 in.*lbf

    5. Conncet the connector.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE (except 1NR-FE, 1ZR-FAE)

    1. Install the No. 2 radiator air guide with the 5 clips.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
