BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH(for Upper Side) REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL BACK DOOR OUTSIDE GARNISH PROTECTOR

   Tip:

   When installing the back door outside garnish protector, heat the body back door outside garnish using a heat light.

   Standard

   Item	Temperature
   Back Door Outside Garnish Protector	20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)

   Note:

   Do not heat the back door outside garnish excessively.

   1. Clean the back door outside garnish surface.

      1. Using a heat light, heat the back door outside garnish surface.

      2. Remove the double-sided tape from the back door outside garnish.

      3. Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.

   2. 

      Install 4 new back door outside garnish protectors.

      1. Using a heat light, heat the back door outside garnish.

      2. Remove the peeling paper from the face of the back door outside garnish protector.

         Tip:

         After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.

      3. Install the back door outside garnish protector as shown in the illustration.

         Tip:

         Press the back door outside garnish protector firmly to install it.

2. INSTALL SYMBOL EMBLEM

   1. Attach the 4 claws and 2 guides to install the symbol emblem.
