HEATER WATER PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT (for Inverter Coolant)

  2. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER FILTER ELEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE HEATER ACCESSORY ASSEMBLY (HEATER WATER PUMP)

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Detach the 2 clamps.

    3. Remove the 3 bolts and nut and disconnect the heater accessory assembly (heater water pump).

      Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the heater water outlet hose A.

      Note:

      • Do not apply excessive force to the water hose and heater water outlet hose A.

      • Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.

      Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the heater water inlet hose A.

      Note:

      • Do not apply excessive force to the water hose and heater water inlet hose A.

      • Prepare a drain pan or cloth in case the coolant leaks.
