PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL USB CHARGER SOCKET

    Click here

  2. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE

      Connect the connector and attach the wire harness clamps.

    2. B006DXG

      Attach the wire harness to the hooks and install the rear console box wire.

    3. B006C0B

      Attach the hooks and install the rear center seat armrest box.

  3. INSTALL REAR SEAT ARMREST PLATE

      Insert the guide B and attach the claws.

    2. Insert guide A while pressing down on the center armrest lock sub-assembly button.

    3. Install the rear seat armrest plate with 4 screws.

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK HANDLE KNOB

      Attach the claws and install the rear seat lock handle knob.

  5. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Install the 2 screws with the rear center seat armrest door opened.

      With the rear center seat armrest door closed, install the rear center seat armrest door with the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Attach the claws and install the rear center seat armrest panel sub-assembly.

  7. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Insert in the installation direction shown in the illustration and install the rear center seat armrest cup holder sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  8. INSTALL REAR POWER SEAT SWITCH

  9. INSTALL REAR CENTER NO. 2 SEAT ARMREST PANEL

      Connect the connector.

      Insert the guides and install the rear center seat armrest panel No. 2 with the 3 screws.

  10. INSTALL REAR CENTER NO. 2 SEAT ARMREST PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Push in the installation direction shown in the illustration, attach the claws and install the rear center No. 2 seat armrest panel sub-assembly.

  11. INSTALL CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER

      Pass the rear console wire through the hole in the center armrest hinge cover.

    2. Attach the wire harness clamp.

      Attach the clips.

      Attach the clips and install the center armrest hinge cover.

  12. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST HINGE

      Insert the rear center seat armrest hinge in the installation direction shown in the illustration to attach the clips.

    2. Attach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Install the rear center seat armrest hinge with the screw and bush.

  13. INSTALL SUB SEATBACK BRACKET

      Insert the sub seatback bracket in the installation direction shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the sub seatback bracket with the nut.

  16. INSTALL SEAT COVER WIRE

    1. Install the seat cover wire.

      Tech Tips


      • Wire 1000 mm (3.28 ft.) or longer and shaped wire are available as supplied parts.

      • For wire 1000 mm (3.28 ft.) or less in length, cut or shape 1000 mm (3.28 ft.) wire into the dimensions shown in the illustration.

      • Make sure to read the precautions before preparing the wire.

  17. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH

    When installing a separate type rear seatback cover LH, refer to Precaution in order to prevent wrinkles from forming.

    1. Set the separate type rear seatback cover LH.

      *a Hog Ring Pliers

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover LH to the bench type rear seatback pad with 14 new hog rings in the order indicated in the illustration.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover LH.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type rear seatback cover LH.

      Through the hole of the separate type rear seatback pad to the back side.

      *a Hog Ring Pliers

      Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type rear seatback cover LH to the bench type rear seatback pad with 15 new hog rings.

      Note


      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover LH.

      • Be sure to tighten the hog rings securely as shown in the illustration.

      Install the strap in the installation direction (1) shown in the illustration.

    6. Install the strap in the installation direction (2) shown in the illustration.

    7. Install a new nut.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }

        Attach the wire harness clamp.

      2. Connect the connector and install the rear seat wire LH.

        Attach the clamp and install the seat heater control sub-assembly LH.

      4. Connect the connector.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 3 new hog rings.

      • Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover LH.

  18. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

  19. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

    1. Connect the 3 connectors.

  25. INSTALL BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

    When installing a bench type rear seat cushion cover, refer to Precaution in order to prevent wrinkles from forming.

    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the bench type rear seat cushion pad with 26 new hog rings in the order indicated in the illustration.

      • Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the bench type rear seat cushion cover.

    2. Pass the strap of the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the rear side through the hole in the bench type rear seat cushion pad.

    4. Using hog ring pliers, install the bench type rear seat cushion cover to the bench type rear seat cushion pad with 10 new hog rings.
