CONSTRUCTION
The rear trailing arm assembly, rear upper control arm assembly and rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly use stamped high-strength sheet steel to achieve weight reduction and high rigidity.
The rear trailing arm assembly uses a bush with an outer tube in order to counter the longitudinal force effectively and achieve a high level of vehicle stability and steering response.
The upper control arm assembly, rear No. 1 suspension arm assembly and rear No. 2 suspension arm assembly use bushes with outer tubes on their suspension member sides to ensure a high level of support rigidity.
The cross-section of the rear No. 1 suspension arm assembly is opening cross-sectional shape which improves the ride comfort due to lowered torsional rigidity.
Optimizing the rubber hardness of the bush of rear No. 1 suspension arm assembly body side, and employing the bush with inter-ring to the axle side achieve the bush higher rigidity and superior steering response.
