REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Wagon) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

   Click here

2. REMOVE BACK PANEL TRIM COVER (for RH Side)

   1. 

      Using a 6 mm hexagon socket wrench, loosen the 2 bolts to remove the room partition net anchor and the back panel trim cover.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the other side.

3. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for RH Side)

   Click here

4. REMOVE CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER (for RH Side)

   w/ Center Armrest:

5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

   w/ Center Armrest:

   Click here

6. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP (for RH Side)

   Click here

7. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER (for RH Side)

   Click here

8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL RH (for RH Side)

   Click here

9. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)

   Click here

10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH (for RH Side)

    Click here

11. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

    Click here

12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

    Click here

13. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

    1. 

       Disengage the 3 clamps.

    2. 

       Disconnect the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

    3. 

       Remove the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. 

       Remove the screw.

    5. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly RH.

14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for LH Side)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK BEZEL LH (for LH Side)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

16. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)

17. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER LH (for LH Side)

    Click here

18. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the RH side.

19. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

    1. 

       Disengage the 2 clamps.

    2. 

       Disconnect the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

    3. 

       Remove the rear No. 1 seat lock cable assembly as shown in the illustration.

    4. 

       Remove the screw.

    5. Disengage the 2 guides and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly LH.

20. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER
