REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Side)

INSTALL REAR SEAT TRACK ADJUSTING HANDLE

*a	Rear Seat Track Adjusting Handle Claw

Insert the rear seat track adjusting handle into the rear seat adjuster and pass it through the 2 No. 1 plate springs.

Engage the 2 No. 2 plate springs with the 2 rear seat track adjusting handle claws to install the rear seat track adjusting handle to the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly.

INSTALL REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

Install the rear seatback frame sub-assembly to the rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque:

42 N*m { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }
Engage the 2 cable clamps.

INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG SIDE COVER

INSTALL RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

INSTALL RECLINING HINGE COVER

INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION HINGE COVER

INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER

INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER

Use the same procedure as for the No. 2 rear seat reclining cover.

INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE

INSTALL NO. 1 RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL LEVER BEZEL

Engage the claw and guide to install the No. 1 reclining remote control lever bezel.

INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 1 seatback cover sub-assembly to the No. 1 seatback pad sub-assembly with 9 new hog rings.
Note
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

- Be careful not to damage the cover.

INSTALL NO. 1 SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

Temporarily install the No. 1 seatback cover with pad to the rear seatback frame sub-assembly.
Engage the 2 hooks.
Using hog ring pliers, install 3 new hog rings.
Note
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
Using hog ring pliers, install 2 new hog rings.

Engage the 4 hooks.

INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

Engage the 4 claws to install the 2 rear No. 1 seat headrest support assemblies.

INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

ADJUST RECLINING REMOTE CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

Adjust the install position of reclining remote control cable as shown in the illustration.

INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER COVER

INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD

Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.
Engage the 2 claws to install the rear seatback board as shown in the illustration.

INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

Using hog ring pliers, install the No. 1 seat cushion cover sub-assembly to the No. 1 seat cushion pad sub-assembly with 16 new hog rings.
Note
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, take care to minimize wrinkles as much as possible.
Using hog ring pliers, install 5 new hog rings.
