REAR SEATBACK HEATER(for RH Side) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the No. 3 battery service cover board.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT INNER WITH CENTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH

  8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY RH

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING RH

  11. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 2 RECLINING CONTROL CABLE

  12. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

  13. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

  14. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

  15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY

    1. B433022

      Cut off the 16 tack pins which fasten the rear seatback heater assembly, and then remove the rear seatback heater assembly from the separate type rear seatback cover RH.

      Note:

      Be careful not to damage the separate type rear seatback cover RH and rear seatback heater assembly.
