THERMOSTAT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

   Click here

2. DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

3. REMOVE WATER INLET

   1. 

      Remove the 2 bolts and water inlet.

4. REMOVE THERMOSTAT

   1. Remove the thermostat from the water inlet.

   2. Remove the water outlet gasket from the thermostat.
