ENGINE OIL COOLER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

    1. A263872N01

      Apply engine oil to the 2 new gaskets (B).

      Note:

      Do not apply engine oil to the new gasket (A).

    2. Install 3 new gaskets to the oil cooler bracket.

    3. Install the oil cooler assembly with the 5 bolts.

      10 N*m

      102 kgf*cm

      7 ft.*lbf

  2. INSTALL WATER BY-PASS HOSE

    1. A197564C03

      Paint Mark

      *b

      Upper Side

      Install the water by-pass hose, and slide the 2 clips to secure it.

      Note:

      Connect the water by-pass hose so that the painted marks of the water by-pass hose are as shown in the illustration.

  3. INSTALL INTAKE MANIFOLD
