ENGINE OIL COOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

  2. REMOVE WATER BY-PASS HOSE

    1. Slide the 2 clips and remove the water by-pass hose.

  3. REMOVE OIL COOLER ASSEMBLY

    1. A197565

      Remove the 5 bolts and oil cooler assembly.

    2. Remove the 3 gaskets from the oil cooler bracket.
