REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Side) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY


    1. Place the rear No. 1 seat assembly in the cabin.

      Note

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

    2. Temporarily install the rear No. 1 seat assembly with the 4 bolts.

    3. Lift up the rear seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the rearmost position.

      Tighten the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

    5. Lift up the rear seat track adjusting handle and move the seat to the foremost position.

    6. B005ZLCE02

      Tighten the 2 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the order indicated in the illustration.

  2. INSPECT SEAT SLIDE ADJUSTER LOCKS


    1. During the sliding operation of the rear seat, check that the left and right adjusters move together smoothly and lock simultaneously. If the seat adjusters do not lock simultaneously, loosen the seat installation bolts to adjust the adjuster position.

  5. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER LH (for Rear No. 1 Seat LH Side)

  6. INSTALL FRONT INNER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER RH (for Rear No. 1 Seat RH Side)

  7. INSTALL FRONT OUTER SEAT TRACK BRACKET COVER


    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the front outer seat track bracket cover.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  9. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE
