HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. B004FED

      Engage the 2 claws to install the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH WITH HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    1. Install the ECU integration box RH with hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly with the bolt and nut.

    2. Connect each connector.

  3. INSTALL HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    1. Install the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:
      8.5 N*m  { 87 kgf*cm, 75 in.*lbf }

    2. Connect each connector.

  4. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  5. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT (for LHD)

  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH (for LHD)

  7. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  8. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY (for RHD)
