BACK DOOR(for Hatchback) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE BACK DOOR UPPER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/o Back Door Side Garnish)

      Disengage the 4 clips and remove the back door upper trim panel assembly.

  2. REMOVE BACK DOOR UPPER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY (w/ Back Door Side Garnish)

      Disengage the 4 claws and 4 clips, and remove the back door upper trim panel assembly.

  3. REMOVE CENTER STOP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE STOP CENTER BRACKET

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. E260185

      Disengage the 2 clips and remove the 2 stop center brackets.

  5. REMOVE REAR WASHER NOZZLE (w/ Rear Wiper)

  6. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH LH (w/ Back Door Side Garnish)

      Disengage the pin.

      Disengage the 2 clips and 2 claws, and remove the back door side garnish LH together with the package tray trim garnish hook.

      Disengage the 2 claws and remove the package tray trim garnish hook.

  7. REMOVE BACK DOOR SIDE GARNISH RH (w/ Back Door Side Garnish)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE DOOR PULL HANDLE

      Using a moulding remover, disengage the 4 claws as shown in the illustration and remove the door pull handle.

  9. REMOVE BACK DOOR TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY

      Clip <A>

      Remove the clip <A>.

    2. Disengage the 12 clips and back door trim panel assembly.

  10. REMOVE BACK DOOR PANEL NO. 2 PROTECTOR (w/ Back Door Panel Protector)

      Double-sided Tape

      Disengage the 2 clips and remove the back door panel No. 2 protector.

  11. REMOVE BACK DOOR PANEL NO. 1 PROTECTOR (w/ Back Door Panel Protector)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE BACK DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY
