OIL PUMP DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    1. A01E2NIE01

      Place the timing belt case on wooden blocks.

      Note

      Do not damage the timing pointer.

    2. A01DY2YE01

      Using a 12 mm hexagon wrench, remove the plug, gasket, spring and relief valve.

  2. REMOVE OIL PUMP DRIVE GEAR


    1. Remove the 8 screws, timing belt case, and the drive and driven gears.
