STOP AND START DETAILS COMBINATION METER
OPERATION
The combination meter assembly receives the idling on/off signals from the engine stop and start ECU.
By changing the display mode of the multi-information display by operating the forward switch knob or back switch knob, the amount of time idling stop was performed since the ignition switch was turned to ON to when the ignition switch was turned off or the amount of time idling stop was performed since the reset switch was last pressed can be displayed.
When idling stop control starts operating, the multi-information display automatically changes to the display which indicates the amount of time idling stop has been performed since the ignition switch was turned to ON.
The driver is informed of system operation status and warnings by the stop and start indicator light, stop and start cancel indicator light and buzzer.
