REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for LH Side) REMOVAL

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

CAUTION:

Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback frame, seat cushion frame and reclining adjuster may injure your hands.

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT NO. 3 LEG SIDE COVER

    1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws.

      Tip:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

    2. Detach the 2 guides and remove the rear seat No. 3 leg side cover in the direction shown by the arrow in the illustration.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT FRONT BRACKET COVER LH

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws to remove the rear seat front bracket cover LH.

      Tip:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

    1. B336602

      Remove the 2 bolts on the front side of the seat.

    2. B429001

      w/ Seat Heater System:

      1. Disconnect the connector.

      2. Detach the wire harness clamp.

    3. B336605

      w/ Seat Belt Warning System:

      Disconnect the connector.

    4. Remove the 3 bolts on the rear side of the seat.

    5. Fully tilt the seatback forward. Then remove the rear seat assembly LH.

      Note:

      Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

  4. REMOVE SEAT LEG BRACKET

    1. Detach the clamp and remove the 4 bolts.

    2. Detach the guide to remove the seat leg bracket.
