RADIO ANTENNA CORD(for Roof Side) REMOVAL
PROCEDURE
PRECAUTION
Note:After turning the ignition switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.
DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
Note:When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY
REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY
Apply masking tape to the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
Tip:Apply the masking tape so that the edges of the masking tape and roof headlining are aligned as shown in the illustration.
Remove the antenna cord from the roof headlining.

Remove the double-sided tape from the roof headlining.
REMOVE NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY
Disconnect each connector.
Remove the bolt.
Detach the 3 clamps and remove the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly.
