VEHICLE STABILITY CONTROL SYSTEM, Diagnostic DTC:C1210 and C1336
| DTC Code | DTC Name |
|---|---|
| C1210 | Zero Point Calibration of Yaw Rate Sensor Undone |
| C1336 | Zero Point Calibration of Acceleration Sensor Undone |
DESCRIPTION
The skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly) receives signals from the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag sensor assembly) via the CAN communication system.
The airbag sensor assembly has a built-in yaw rate and acceleration sensor and detects the vehicle's condition using 2 circuits (GL1, GL2). If there is trouble in the bus lines between the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag sensor assembly) and the CAN communication system, the DTC U0124 (Lost Communication with Lateral Acceleration Sensor Module) is output.
The DTCs are also output when the calibration has not been completed.

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT
When U0124 and/or U0126 is output along with C1210 and/or C1336, inspect and repair trouble areas indicated by U0124 and/or U0126 first.
When replacing the skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly), perform zero point calibration.
When replacing the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag sensor assembly), perform zero point calibration.
When replacing the yaw rate and acceleration sensor (airbag sensor assembly), perform acceleration sensor zero point calibration and CVT oil pressure calibration (for continuously variable transaxle).
