AIR CONDITIONING PANEL REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH CUSHION

    Click here

  2. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH

    Click here

  3. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  4. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  6. REMOVE FRONT UPPER CONSOLE PANEL GARNISH

    Click here

  7. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

    Click here

  8. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY (w/o Navigation System)

    1. E205935

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. Detach the 7 clips.

    3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the air conditioning control assembly.

  9. REMOVE DISPLAY AND NAVIGATION MODULE DISPLAY (w/ Navigation System)

    1. B249047

      Remove the 4 bolts.

    2. B249048

      Pull the display and navigation module display to detach the 7 clips on the backside of the display and navigation module display.

    3. Disconnect the connectors and remove the display and navigation module display.
