DIESEL THROTTLE BODY (w/o EGR Cooler) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY


    1. Install a new gasket and the diesel throttle body assembly with the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the 2 connectors.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 AIR CLEANER PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Intercooler)


    1. Connect the pipe (with the 2 air hoses) and install the bolt.

      Torque:
      20 N*m  { 204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf }

    2. Tighten the 2 clamps.

    3. Connect the vacuum hose to the gas filter.

    4. Connect the manifold absolute pressure sensor connector.

    5. w/ No. 1 Engine Cover


      1. Install the engine cover bracket with the 2 bolts.

        Torque:
        18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

      2. Attach the 4 claws to the pins of the engine cover bracket and install the No. 1 engine cover sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY
