DIFFERENTIAL MOUNT CUSHION(for Rear) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 DIFFERENTIAL MOUNT CUSHION


    1. Insert the SST bolt at the location shown in the illustration and install a new rear No. 1 differential mount cushion to the rear suspension member sub-assembly.

      Note


      • Make sure the installation angle misalignment is within +/-3°.

      • Temporarily install the rear No. 1 differential mount cushion to the rear suspension member sub-assembly in order to prevent it from tilting, and then install SST.

      • Before using SST, apply grease to SST bolt.

      • Be sure to use the correct combination of SST.

      • Make sure SST contacts the entire seat surface of the rear No. 1 differential mount cushion.

      • Make sure to install SST with the SST bolt straight.
