CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR(for EC69) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER (for Half Cover Type)

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER (w/ No. 1 Engine Cover)

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Glow Plug Controller)

  5. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Glow Plug Controller)

  6. REMOVE BATTERY (w/ Glow Plug Controller)

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 BATTERY CARRIER (w/ Glow Plug Controller)

  8. REMOVE CLUTCH ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY

    1. C274608N01

      Remove the bolt and separate the clutch line clamp (A) from the manual transaxle assembly.

    2. Using a 10 mm union nut wrench, remove the bleeder to accumulator tube and accumulator to flexible hose tube (B).

      Tip:

      Use a container to collect the fluid.

    3. Remove the clip and separate the clutch hose (C).

      Remove the 3 bolts and clutch accumulator assembly from the manual transaxle assembly.
