SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL FLOOR SHIFT SHIFT LEVER ASSEMBLY

    1. C303175

      Engage the 2 claws and install the transmission control cable assembly to the floor shift shift lever assembly.

      Note:

      Make sure that the 2 claws are firmly engaged.

    2. Install the floor shift shift lever assembly to the vehicle body with the 4 bolts.

      12 N*m

      122 kgf*cm

      9 ft.*lbf

    3. Connect the transmission control shift cable to the floor shift shift lever assembly.

      Connect the transmission control select cable to the floor shift shift lever assembly.

      Note:

      • Connect the transmission control select cable point with the serrated part facing upwards.

      • Make sure that the transmission control select cable is securely installed.

    5. C303176

      Install the clip to the floor shift shift lever assembly.

      Note:

      Insert the clip in the orientation shown in the illustration.

    6. Engage the 2 clamps to connect the wire harness to the floor shift shift lever assembly.
