AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR INSTALLATION

Tip:

Perform "Inspection After Repairs" after replacing the air fuel ratio sensor (Click here).

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL AIR FUEL RATIO SENSOR

      Using SST, install the sensor to the exhaust manifold.

      32 ft.*lbf

      with SST

      40 N*m

      408 kgf*cm

      30 ft.*lbf

      Note:

      Do not damage the sensor.

      Tip:

      • Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.8 in.).

      • Perform "Inspection After Repairs" after replacing the air fuel ratio sensor (Click here).

      Connect the sensor connector and clamp.

  4. INSTALL FRONT WIPER MOTOR AND LINK

    1. Install the front wiper motor and link (Click here).
