AIR PUMP INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AIR PUMP BRACKET


    1. Attach the 3 fittings of the air pump insulator to install the air pump assembly to the air pump bracket.

    2. Attach the air pump connector clamp.

  2. INSTALL NO. 5 AIR HOSE


    1. Install the No. 5 air hose, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

  3. INSTALL AIR PUMP INLET


    1. Install the air pump inlet, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

  4. INSTALL AIR PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the air pump assembly to the body panel with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

    2. Connect the air pump connector.

  5. CONNECT NO. 5 AIR HOSE


    1. Connect the No. 5 air hose, and slide the clamp to secure the hose.

  6. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER


    1. Install the battery service hole cover.

    2. Turn back the floor carpet.
