DESCRIPTION
New vehicle painting for this paint color is performed with the hood panel closed as shown in *A. For this reason, the finishing of the front fender panel and hood panel inside the engine compartment appears to have a slight amount of mist of the exterior plate color adhering on top of the intermediate coat as seen in the section a of *B and *C.

The procedure for masking the inner panel (*C) consists of performing reverse masking on the borderline of the inner panel and outer panel in order to reproduce the borderline of the inner panel and outer panel of a new vehicle.
Mist application of the outer panel color paint (*E) consists of operating and adjusting a spray gun to apply a mist of the outer panel color paint in order to reproduce the mist condition of the borderline of inner panel and outer panel of a new vehicle.
