POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MOTOR(for Rear Door) INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL REAR DOOR WINDOW REGULATOR ASSEMBLY LH

    1. B227082E01

      Apply MP grease to the sliding and rotating areas of the window regulator.

      Loosely install the temporary bolt to the window regulator.

      Temporary Bolt

    3. Insert the window regulator into the door panel. Use the temporary bolt to hang the window regulator on the door panel.

      Note:

      Be careful not to drop the window regulator as it may become damaged.

    4. Tighten the 4 bolts to install the rear door window regulator sub-assembly.

      8.0 N*m

      82 kgf*cm

      71 in.*lbf

    5. Connect the connector.

  13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Click here).
