EXHAUST PIPE REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER


    1. A004KNG

      Disengage the 7 clips and remove the 12 bolts and No. 1 engine under cover.

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER


    1. A004JGI

      Remove the 7 bolts and the No. 2 engine under cover.

  3. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 2 nuts and disconnect the exhaust joint pipe.

    2. A004I53

      Remove the 2 nuts and the 2 bolts.

    3. Remove the 2 compression springs and disconnect the center exhaust pipe assembly.

    4. A004K72

      Remove the bolt and the front exhaust pipe assembly.

    5. Remove the 2 gaskets.

  4. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. A004INU

      Remove the 2 nuts and 2 bolts, and disconnect the tail exhaust pipe assembly.

    2. A004K27

      Remove the cushion rubber and the center exhaust pipe assembly.

    3. Remove the gasket.

  5. REMOVE TAIL EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 4 cushion rubbers and the tail exhaust pipe assembly.

  6. REMOVE TAIL PIPE BAFFLE (w/ Rear Spoiler)


    1. Remove the 2 bolts and the 2 tail pipe baffles.

  7. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Set the SST. Click here

      SST

    2. Remove the rope that is tying the joint pipe to the front suspension cross member sub-assembly.

    3. Remove the exhaust joint pipe.
