RADIATOR GRILLE(for Sedan) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL CENTER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH

   1. Engage the 4 guides and 4 claws to install the center radiator grille moulding LH.

2. INSTALL CENTER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING LH

   1. Engage the 4 guides and 4 claws to install the upper radiator grille moulding LH.

4. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE MOULDING RH

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

   1. Engage the 3 claws to install the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem.

6. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE

   1. Engage the 7 claws.

   2. Install the upper radiator grille with the 2 screws.

7. INSTALL HOOD TO RADIATOR GRILLE SEAL

   1. Engage the 9 clips to install the hood to radiator grille seal.

8. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   1. 

      Engage the 2 guides and 6 claws to install the radiator grille sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

   2. Install the bolt and 2 clips.

9. INSTALL RADIATOR COVER

   1. Install the radiator cover with the 4 clips.
