2AR-FE
The 2AR-FE engine is an in-line 4-cylinder, 2.5 liter, 16 valve DOHC engine. This engine uses a Dual Variable Valve Timing-intelligent (VVT-i) system, Direct Ignition System (DIS), Acoustic Control Induction System (ACIS) and Electronic Throttle Control System-intelligent (ETCS-i). These control functions achieve improved engine performance, fuel economy, and clean emissions.

A25A-FKS Engine
The A25A-FKS engine is an in-line 4-cylinder, 2.5 liter, 16 valve DOHC engine. The engine adopts the Dual Variable Valve Timing-intelligent (Dual VVT-i) system which realizes optimal valve timing by using electric motors to actuate the intake camshaft actuators and engine oil pressure to actuate the exhaust camshaft actuators. In addition, this engine uses a high-expansion ratio Atkinson cycle, Direct injection 4-stroke gasoline engine Superior version (D-4S) system, Direct Ignition System (DIS), Electronic Throttle Control System-intelligent (ETCS-i) and Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system employing a highly efficient EGR cooler. Thus, improved engine performance, quietness, fuel economy, and cleaner emissions have been achieved.

2GR-FKS Engine
The 2GR-FKS engine is a 3.5-liter, 24-valve DOHC V6 Direct injection 4-stroke gasoline engine Superior version (D-4S). This engine uses both direct injection and port injection systems. In addition, this engine uses the Variable Valve Timing-intelligent Wide (VVT-iW) control, Variable Valve Timing-intelligent (VVT-i) control, Direct Ignition System (DIS), and Electronic Throttle Control System-intelligent (ETCS-i). These control functions achieve improved engine performance, fuel economy, and clean emissions.

Suspension
A MacPherson strut type independent suspension, which has L-type lower arms is used for the front.
A double wishbone type independent suspension, which consists of an upper control arm, 2 lower suspension arms and a trailing arm is used for the rear.
Steering
A rack and pinion type steering gear assembly is used.
An Electric Power Steering (EPS) system is used.
A parallel rack electric power steering system with speed-sensitive function has been adopted.
A manual tilt and manual telescopic system is used.
Brake
A ventilated disc brake is provided for the front brake.
A solid disc brake is provided for the rear brake.
An electric parking brake system is used.
The following brake control functions are provided: Anti-lock Brake System (ABS), Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist, Traction Control (TRC), Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Hill-start Assist Control, Brake Hold, VSC and Cooperative Control with EPS and Secondary Collision Brake*.
