CANISTER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 FLOOR UNDER COVER

      B006EC9 Clip B
      B006FCW Grommet

      Detach the 6 clips and remove the 5 grommets and No. 1 floor under cover.

  2. REMOVE FUEL OUTLET VALVE ASSEMBLY

      Detach the clamp and disconnect the chacoal canister hose.

    2. Slide the clamp and disconnect the chacoal canister hose from the fuel outlet valve assembly.

      Disconnect the fuel tank breather tube sub-assembly.

      Remove the 2 nuts and fuel outlet valve assembly.

  3. DISCONNECT CHARCOAL CANISTER OUTLET HOSE

      Slide the clamp and disconnect the charcoal canister outlet hose from the charcoal canister assembly.

  4. REMOVE CHARCOAL CANISTER HOSE

      Slide the clamp and remove the charcoal canister hose from the charcoal canister assembly.

  5. REMOVE CHARCOAL CANISTER ASSEMBLY

      Slide the clamp and disconnect the purge line hose from the fuel tube.

    2. B006CKI

      Remove the 4 nuts, clip and charcoal canister assembly from the vehicle body.

    3. B006BY1

      Slide the clip and remove the charcoal canister assembly from the vehicle body.
