IGNITION KEY CYLINDER LIGHT INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. INSTALL TRANSPONDER KEY AMPLIFIER (w/ Engine Immobiliser System)

      Connect the connector.

    2. Push in the transponder key amplifier in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

  2. INSTALL KEY CYLINDER LIGHT ASSEMBLY (w/o Engine Immobiliser System)

      Connect the connector.

    2. Push in the key cylinder light assembly in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.

  3. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN COVER UPPER

    1. Install the cover lower with the 3 screws.

  4. INSTALL STEERING COLUMN COVER LOWER

    A01DWPRE01

    1. Install the cover lower with the 3 screws.

  5. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Attach the 3 guides, 2 claws and 3 clips to install the lower instrument panel finish panel.
