WATER PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  3. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  4. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE DUST COVER (w/ Cover)

      Protective Tape

      Using a screwdriver, remove the dust cover.

      Tip:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

  6. REMOVE V-RIBBED BELT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the bolt and V-ribbed belt tensioner assembly.

  7. REMOVE ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY

    1. A194903

      Detach the clamp of the wire harness from the wire harness bracket.

    2. Remove the bolt and wire harness bracket.

    3. A194904

      Remove the 7 bolts, engine water pump assembly and water pump gasket.
