GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER (for DPF) REMOVAL


  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  2. REMOVE BATTERY BRACKET

  3. REMOVE BATTERY AND BATTERY TRAY

  4. REMOVE GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER

    1. Disconnect the 4 connectors.

    2. for LHD:

      Remove the bolt, nut and glow plug controller from the vehicle.

      for RHD:

      Remove the 2 bolts and glow plug controller from the vehicle.

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER BRACKET


    1. Remove the 2 screws and No. 1 glow plug controller bracket from the glow plug controller.

  6. REMOVE NO. 2 GLOW PLUG CONTROLLER BRACKET


    1. Remove the 2 screws and No. 2 glow plug controller bracket from the glow plug controller.
