FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET

    1. Remove the 2 screws and front bumper extension mounting bracket.

  2. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  3. REMOVE TYPE 1 HEADLIGHT WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

    Click here

  10. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ LEXUS Parking Assist-sensor System)

    1. Disconnect all the connectors.

    2. Detach all the clamps and remove the No. 2 engine room wire.

  12. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Remove the screw.

    2. Detach the claw and guide and remove the front bumper hole cover assembly LH.

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER LOWER NO. 1 RETAINER

    1. B356340

      Remove the screw and front bumper lower No. 1 retainer.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for all front bumper lower No. 1 retainers.

  19. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

    Click here

  20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER MOULDING COVER

    1. B356339

      Remove the 3 screws.

    2. Detach the 4 claws and remove the front bumper moulding cover.

  21. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER CENTER COVER

    1. Remove the 12 clips and front spoiler center cover.
