FRONT DOOR SPEAKER(for Sedan) INSTALLATION

CAUTION / NOTICE / HINT

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

   1. Using an air riveter or a hand riveter, install the front No. 1 speaker assembly with 3 new rivets.

      *c	Riveter	*d	Mandrel

      Note:

      • Do not touch the cone part of the speaker.

      • Do not pry on the rivets with the riveter, as this will cause damage to the riveter and mandrel.

      • Confirm that the rivets are seated properly against the speaker.

      • Do not tilt the riveter when installing the rivets to the speaker.

      • Do not leave any gaps between the rivet heads and speaker.

      • Do not leave any gaps between the speaker and door. Firmly hold the speaker and door together while installing the rivets.

      Tip:

      If the rivet cannot be cut, pull it once and cut it.

   2. Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY (w/ Front No. 2 Speaker)

   1. Engage the 3 claws to install the front No. 2 speaker assembly.

5. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Driver Side)

6. INSTALL POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY WITH FRONT DOOR ARMREST BASE PANEL (for Front Passenger Side)
