SEAT BELT WARNING SYSTEM TERMINALS OF ECU


  1. CHECK COMBINATION METER

    A004NMBE02

    1. Disconnect the D66 meter connector.

    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Terminal No. (Symbol) Wiring Color Terminal Description Condition Specified Condition
      D66-40 (B) - Body ground W - Body ground Combination meter +B line Always 11 to 14 V
      D66-39 (IG+) - Body ground P - Body ground Combination meter IG line Ignition switch ON 9.5 to 14 V
      D66-21 (ET) - Body ground W-B - Body ground Ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Reconnect the D66 meter connector.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

  2. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the D79, DE, DF, DG and DH main body ECU (instrument panel junction block assembly) connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    3. Reconnect the D79, DE, DF, DG and DH main body ECU (instrument panel junction block assembly) connectors.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
