  1. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the D101*1 or D47*2 air conditioning amplifier connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the D101*1 or D47*2 air conditioning amplifier connector.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the air conditioning amplifier.

  2. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL ASSEMBLY

    1. Disconnect the D12 air conditioning control connector.

    2. Measure the voltage and resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

  3. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY)

    1. Disconnect the DG main body ECU connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      DG-1 - Body ground W - Body ground Power source Always 11 to 14 V

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the wire harness.

    3. Reconnect the DG main body ECU connector.

    4. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction in the main body ECU.
