ROOF HEADLINING (for Single Cab) DISASSEMBLY

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


  1. REMOVE TELEPHONE MICROPHONE ASSEMBLY (w/ Microphone)


    1. except Single Cab:


      1. A01DW7G

        Detach the 2 claws and disconnect the connector.

      2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the telephone microphone assembly.

    2. for Single Cab:


      1. A01E2I9

        Disconnect the connector and detach the clamp.

      2. Detach the 2 claws and remove the telephone microphone assembly.

  2. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING HOLDER COVER (w/ Microphone)

    *1 Roof Headlining Holder Cover
    *2 No. 1 Roof Headlining Trim Cover Assembly

    1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the roof headlining holder cover and No. 1 roof headlining trim cover assembly.

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ROOF WIRE

    1. w/o Microphone:


      1. Remove each piece of tape and the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining assembly.

    2. A01E0MS

      w/ Microphone:


      1. Remove each piece of tape and the No. 1 roof wire from the roof headlining assembly.
