      Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance according to the values in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Switch Condition

      Specified Condition

      1 - 2

      Pushed

      Below 1 Ω

      1 - 2

      Released

      10 kΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the neutral position switch assembly.
