WATER PUMP REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler)

    Click here

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER


  3. DISCONNECT NO. 3 SUB-RADIATOR HOSE

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 3 sub-radiator hose from the electric water pump assembly.

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 4 SUB-RADIATOR HOSE


    1. B008J86

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 4 sub-radiator hose from the electric water pump assembly.

  5. REMOVE ELECTRIC WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY


    1. B008GV9

      Disconnect the connector from the electric water pump assembly.

    2. B008J3V

      Remove the 2 bolts and electric water pump assembly.

  6. REMOVE WATER PUMP BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B008GX6

      Remove the 2 bolts and water pump bracket sub-assembly.
