SUB RADIATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for Engine)

  2. DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter)

    Click here

  3. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for Inverter)

      *1 Outlet Hybrid Radiator Hose
      *2 Inlet Hybrid Radiator Hose

      Slide the 2 clips and disconnect the outlet hybrid radiator hose and inlet hybrid radiator hose from the radiator assembly (for Inverter).

      Note


      • Put pieces of cloth into the pipes and disconnected hoses or cover the pipes and hoses with plastic bags to prevent foreign matter from entering the radiator assembly (for Inverter) and inverter cooling system.

      • Do not apply excessive force to the hoses.

      Remove the 2 bolts and the radiator assembly (for Inverter) from the cooler condenser assembly.
